Photo collage of all the photos I have done. Not actually, just as much as I can fit into the video. I made the video on Imovie on the Mac. Hopefully it will play and It would be compatible to the schools computer.

The Calendar 2010

• This is a sample of the calendar I am going to use and it is basically from the a website.

www. vertex42.com. this site has many templates to choose from. it has many colors and designs.

• I print the photos out and on front and back just like a real calendar. color and black white.
• I've got the book binder from staples for only 5 dollars.

Here are a few new pictures I have taken in the park. The photos are mostly landscape since central park is mostly landscape. I look at the artistic view of each photo and incorporate them in the the 2010 calendar.

History and a few facts

Central Park is well known today as the heart of New york tourist attraction. Is was opened in 1859 and is well known as a national landmark. Central Park was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, who was a famous Llandscape Architect designer. Central park is entirely landscape. It has several ponds, lakes, Walking Tracks, Two ice skating rinks, which ones of the rinks is used for a swimming pool during the summer July and August and you have the central park zoo, conservatory Garden, wild life sanctuary, large area of natural woods, running track, outdoor theater. Central Park is design for a great way to get away from the noisy city life. Their are many ways to get a chance to view the park,because it is very big and on foot it will literally take a whole day. you can either, ride on a horse carriage, which is the most convenient way to get around the city. the horse carriage are symbolic to the park. including the smell. You can also take a pedicab. it is very useful and even the rider looks tired they seem to enjoy it because they can get great exercises. Central Park holds many sport recreation facilities. one is of course baseball all American sport, Tennis, Swimming, Ice Skating, jogging, yoga, and many more. you can also get private lessons in anything you like. Central park is also known for free great entertainment like concerts and live performance, around Halloween time you can go to the haunted house they have around October, pumpkin picking, apple picking and so many great things to do. Central park may look peaceful and sometimes to quiet and boring but, it always have something going on. It just like the city it never sleeps.

Finally, I decided on my subject...Central Park !
I am going to put my photography skills and camera to good use and take photos of the unique view of central park and to design a calendar for 2010.

How I am going to do this?

Well, First I am going to take as much pictures in central park as I can and download them to my computer. I am going to buy the laser glossy paper to print my photos out on that and the calendar. I search and find the template for the calendar. I would have design it on my own but, that would take a lot work and time. so then I just take it to a lpace to bind it together. I found a place where they can do that and it was staples. I was going to do it on blurb.com but, they take too long and I would not have enough time so yeah... this is what I am going to do.

Day one

Trying to figure out what exactly I am going to do. I am planning on taking photographs of a few things I have in mind. Maybe, I can do people, central park, graffiti etc. Not sure still thinking.
